There are no monthly fees to use payment links with Dojo. You’ll pay a remote payments transaction rate of 0.5% above the rate you pay for in-person payments made through your Dojo card machine.
Simply log in to your Dojo account and select ‘Payment links’ in the ‘Account’ section. Click on ‘Create a payment link’ and add the desired payment amount and description. A custom URL will then be created for you to share with a customer via your preferred channel – be it WhatsApp, social media or text message.
Yes, payment links are a safe way to accept online transactions. The custom payment link will take your customer to a secure checkout page to complete their payment using a credit, debit card or digital wallet. P2P encryption means your customers’ data is protected – and so is your income.
